PHOTOS: The Arizona's Family news chopper was overhead when a Valley Metro bus was burning on a street just outside Scottsdale Thursday evening. It happened in the area of Chaparral and Pima roads, which is on Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community land, shortly after 6 p.m. Aerial video showed flames engulfing the very back of the articulated bus. Firefighters doused the flames within moments of arriving on the scene. It's not clear what sparked the fire or if bus 8109 was in service when the fire started.
