An transient man has been arrested in connection with an early morning fire Tuesday that damaged a building at Red Bluff’s River Park. Wesley Marcello Reed, 38, was booked into Tehama County Jail on two counts of arson, according to a Red Bluff Police Department press release. The fire was reported at 2:34 a.m. Tuesday with damage kept to the exterior of the building, which is next to the stage at the park, said Red Bluff Fire Chief Ray Barber.
