Firefighters rescued a man from a burning building after a fire started early Sunday morning. Crews responded to the Crestline Mobile Home Park off Mark Dabling Boulevard at 4:20 a.m. The home was engulfed in flames when firefighters reached the scene. "I did do what we call a transitional attack fairly quickly," said Lt. Kevin Ducy with the Colorado Springs Fire Department. "Put the fire out fairly quickly, and upon what we call a primary search -- looking for victims -- they did find one individual adult male in the home. Brought him out immediately." Ducy did not elaborate on whether the victim was trapped or otherwise unable to get out on their own. "They threw him into the ambulance immediately and took him to a local hospital," Ducy said.
