Crews were on scene of a fire involving a homeless encampment in southeast Colorado Springs Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) on social media, their crews were out on the scene on Sand Creek, near Academy and Astrozon, at around 1:50 p.m. At that time, officials said no structures were threatened.
