PHOTO: Members of the fire department stopped by Danbury High School’s preschool program Thursday for “Firefighter Day.” The firefighters taught the preschoolers and their high school caretakers about fire safety and what it’s like to be a firefighter. The students also got to check out one of the city’s fire trucks. One high school student even put on firefighting gear for a demonstration.
