VIDEO: The occupants of a Southington home were able to flee a fire Saturday night, but two firefighters received minor injuries while a cat died in the blaze. Firefighters were called to 31 Crissey Lane at 8:08 p.m. where they found flames coming from the front of the ranch-style home. It took firefighters approximately 20 minutes to put the fire out. Two adults, who were in the home, were not injured.The home is not livable at this time. The Fire Marshal will be investigating the cause.
