A tractor-trailer rollover on Interstate 95 north early Monday morning backed up traffic in the area for several hours, according to officials. Fire officials said units responded to a reported crash with injuries on I-95 north between exits 19 and 20 around 4:50 a.m. Officials said the driver reported to not have any injuries. Firefighters helped Connecticut State Police units at the scene remove a bundled section of one-ton metal pipe from the travel portion of the road, fire officials said. The state Department of Transportation reported the highway was congested for miles because of the rollover. The right and center lanes remained closed until about 8 a.m.
