A mulch fire started at MW Horticulture at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Bayshore Fire said they are expecting this to burn for two to three days.
Bayshore Fire said dry hardwood was stacked on top of the mulch. They will be controlling the flames to make sure they don't spread.
The fire burned through Wednesday night and is still burning as of Thursday morning.
Smoke signs are up near the roads letting drivers know, according to Bayshore Fire.
No buildings are in danger, according to Bayshore Fire, and no one has been reported injured.
Florida Highway Patrol said they will be monitoring I-75 visibility conditions near the mulch fire. Currently, all lanes are open.
No information was immediately available on what caused the fire.
