PHOTOS: As many as 40 cars burned in a fire at a scrapyard in Fort Pierce. The fire happened Monday just after 6:30 a.m. at a scrapyard on Center Road, just off St. Lucie Boulevard and south of the airport. Firefighters say the flames damaged more than three dozen vehicles. No one was hurt. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
