Sanibel fire crews respond to structure fire

On November 21, the Sanibel Fire and Rescue District responded to a structure fire at 1341 Middle Gulf Drive, Sanibel. Upon arrival, smoke was seen coming from the eves and vents. Officials reported that access was made through the roof and firefighters quickly extinguished the fire. The Iona-McGregor Fire District and Fort Myers Beach Fire Department also responded to the scene. No injuries were reported.
