Commissioner Wayne Guilfoyle is pointing fingers after running into a wall trying to find out the costs of equipping the city's two new ambulances.
"I have Commissioner Hasan and Commissioner Sias telling Chief James 'do not give him the answers'," said Guilfoyle.
"It's very unfortunate when doing the business for the citizens of Augusta, Richmond County, that we get to this sometimes. No commissioner tells any one what to do. We have a six vote process," says Commissioner Sammie Sias.
Guilfoyle e-mailed a list of a half dozen questions or so to Fire Chief Chris James about the costs of operating two new ambulances, but ames didn't respond during yesterdays committee meeting.
