A car crashed into a restaurant in Buford Wednesday afternoon. Gwinnett County Fire Service investigators said a car crashed into to Rico's World Kitchen on South Lee Street just after 4:00. They said there was damage to the restaurant, but the building was not structurally compromised. Gwinnett Police said the female driver was attempting to park and hit the accelerator instead. The car then crashed through a roll up door. One person received minor injuries. North Gwinnett Voice is reporting repairs to the restaurant started almost immediately.
