A major roadway leading in and out of Fayetteville is closed early Tuesday morning due to a structure fire, the sheriff's office said. According to the Fayette County Sheriff's Office, Hwy. 92 is "completely shut down" due to the fire. There was no specific address for the fire immediately available. "Please find alternate routes until further notice. We will provide updates as they become available," a Facebook post said. The sheriff's office posted about the closure just before 6:40 a.m. There was no indication of how long the road closure may last.
