PHOTOS: Guam Fire Department units are investigating a Harmon structure fire near the old flea market, according to spokesman and firefighter Kevin Reilly. No one was injured in connection with the blaze, Reilly said. Reilly said at about 12:08 p.m. on Tuesday, firefighters responded to the scene for a report of unauthorized burning and a storage container had also caught fire.
