26-year-old man accused of damaging fire trucks in Guam

A 26-year-old man is accused of damaging firetrucks while they responded to a structure fire in Dededo. Andy Rousan also known as Andy Rosam, Andy Buckea and Atty Rousan, was charged with criminal mischief as a third-degree felony with special allegation of crime against the community, obstructing governmental functions as a misdemeanor, disorderly conduct as a petty misdemeanor and public drunkenness as a violation, a magistrate’s complaint filed in the Superior Court of Guam Monday states. On Sunday around 8:56 p.m. Guam Fire Department reported a man maliciously damaged some firetrucks while they were dispatched to a call in Dededo, documents state. An intoxicated man identified as Rousan hurled himself at the front of the engine 4 damaging the windshield, the complaint states.
