The Offices of Guam Homeland Security and Civil Defense will host two Incident Command System training opportunities at the Dusit Beach Resort, Guam.
The ICS-300 and ICS-400 courses being offered provide training for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System. These comprehensive courses expand upon information covered in the ICS-100 and ICS-200 courses.
Topics include describing how the National Incident Management System Command and Management component supports the management of expanding incidents, the incident/event management process for supervisors and expanding incidents as prescribed by ICS, the incident management process on a simulated expanding incident, and developing an Incident Action Plan for a simulated incident.
