Working as a firefighter is a profession that traditionally has not seen a lot of females, but that's something five women on the Cedar Rapids Fire Department are trying to change. It's called the "Fully Involved Young Women's Fire Academy" and it's a camp giving the women of the City's fire department a chance to show 16 young women the ropes and opening up their minds to a different career path. "I always wanted to be in the medical field, but I didn't really want to be in a building all day," said Mollie Duckett, a leader-in-training at this year's camp.
