COUNTRY Financial Representative Lindsay Waters has announced the Godfrey Fire Protection District as a 2020 recipient of a COUNTRY Financial Operation Helping Heroes donation. Waters presented the donation for $2,500 to Fire Chief Eric Cranmer to assist with the purchase of new equipment. “I just wanted to thank the department for all that they do for the community and this donation allowed me to do that” said Waters. “The fact that no other firefighters could be pictured at the time of my presentation because they were on call just goes to show how dedicated they are to their jobs.”
