A Buck Creek man is facing arson and intimidation charges after an incident in rural Tippecanoe County. According to police, officers were sent to a home near Colburn on June 17th. Court documents say Daniel Lebegue had tried to set his bed on fire. Others in the home were able to put it out, but police reported a large burn spot on the carpet and the smell of fuel. Police say when they arrived, Lebegue claimed he had a gun and threatened to send a dog out. He eventually came out of the house willingly.
