PHOTO: Good Samaritans pulled a driver from a crashed vehicle at mile-marker 139 off I-69 early Sunday morning. Just before 7 a.m. Sunday, crews responded to the scene, where a man was taken via Henderson EMS to a medical facility for treatment of injuries related to the single-vehicle incident. Henderson County Sheriff’s Office worked the scene as firefighters blocked northbound lanes for nearly two hours. As the man was being pulled out of the vehicle, it began to catch on fire. The cause of the crash is unknown. Robards Fire Department responded to render emergency aid.
