PHOTOS: One lane is closed on I-75 Northbound because of a semi-truck fire near the 72 mile marker. According to officials, a trailer was loaded with spools of PVC tubing when the fire erupted. The heat and intensity of the fire severely damaged the asphalt on the right lane. The lane will remain closed until it can be repaved.The left lane and middle lane are open, but the middle lane was damaged. No injuries were reported. The driver of the truck detached the trailer. Officials said this saved the truck from any damage. Officials said to use caution and drive slowly in the area.
