Officials in Franklin County are investigating a deadly fire. Crews responded to a home on Bald Knob Road Thursday morning. There were reports of a fire with someone inside. Crews say there were heavy flames throughout the home. Once the fire was out, crews found one person dead. The coroner is working to identify the victim. The cause of the fire has not been released.
