Firefighters were on the scene of an early morning house fire Monday, Nov. 25. According to a post on the Central Fire Department’s Facebook, the fire broke out on Strain Road and was under control just before 1 a.m. Photos showed flames tearing through the roof of the house. Officials said nobody was injured in the blaze. St. George and District Six Fire Departments assisted.
