Firefighters from Louisiana and Arkansas contained a 60 acre brush fire in north Bossier Parish. The fire started just before 2 p.m., Saturday near the Hamiter Road area about a mile south of the Arkansas state line, the Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office said. There was no word on whether any structures were damaged by the fire.
