VIDEO: A brush fire burned Tuesday afternoon in the Loch Raven Reservoir Watershed in Baltimore County. SkyTeam 11 reported there were high winds in the area as of 5:30 p.m., and fire crews were still responding to the scene. Baltimore County fire officials said no injuries were reported, nor damage to any structures. Officials said commuters can expect delays in the area of Loch Raven Drive and Morgan Mill Road. SkyTeam 11 reported crews were preparing to use a new drop bucket attached to a helicopter to douse the flames. Officials said the fire was placed under control Tuesday evening.
