A wildfire over the weekend is now under investigation after authorities say it destroyed a car. Maine Forest Rangers and firefighters from Jonesport were able to contain the 3-acre wildfire off Mason Bay Road. The fire threatened several structures and destroyed a vehicle. A photo from Maine Forest Rangers shows the vehicle blackened and missing its wheels. Rangers will work to determine the cause of the fire.
