A fire in a clothes dryer caused an estimated $3,000 in damage to a unit in a south side duplex Monday morning, according to St. Cloud Fire Department. Firefighters responded to the duplex at 1118-13th St. S at about 9:30 a.m. Monday. The damage was mainly due to smoke, which will cause tenants to be relocated during cleanup. The tenants were home at the time of the fire. No one was injured.
