PHOTOS: One person was killed in a house fire in Millburn on Wednesday, authorities said. The fire broke out around 5 p.m. at a home on Norwood Terrace, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office said. Photos from the scene show a damaged roof and windows at the 88-year-old home. Garbage bags and trash were piled on the front porch, evidence of what News 12 New Jersey described as a “hoarding situation” inside the house.
