Fire crews are on the scene of a fire at the Log Cabin Tavern in Liberty Center.
According to dispatchers from Henry County Sheriff's Office, that fire broke out just after 4am on Wednesday. It was called in by a passerby who noticed the smoke and flames. Fire crews from Delta, Providence Twp., and the Village of Grand Rapids have responded to assist firefighters from Liberty Center.
No injuries have yet been reported but the damage from the fire is extensive.
The cause of the fire is still unknown, though fire fighters right now say they don't believe it was suspicious. The fire marshal is heading to the scene Wednesday morning to assist with the investigation.
