Fire crews made an unusual rescue Tuesday after a horse slipped down a ravine with a rider.
The rider was able to recover from the fall, but the horse got caught in deep mud, officials said. Firefighters used a Z-line system of ropes and pulleys to bring him upright.
The horse is doing well, surprisingly with no broken bones, officials said.
