The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said the fire happened at about 1:15 a.m. on Saturday in the 1000 block of Castle Avenue. Evidence at the scene reportedly indicated the fire was arson. Stephanie Marie Collins, 31, was identified as a suspect but was initially unable to be found.
