VIDEO: Dozens of firefighters from both Lycoming and Clinton Counties were on scene of a barn fire. They were dispatched just after 6:30 p.m. Wednesday to Limestone Township in Lycoming County. That's near Jersey Shore. The chief of Nippenose Valley Volunteer Fire Company says it started from a diesel motor that the owners of the property used for milking cows. When crews arrived on the scene, the barn was fully engulfed in flames. "They were able to get all the animals out, no loss of animals, no injuries to the Amish or firefighters, and we truck water filled water with tankers for a round-trip of about four and a half miles," Chief Miller said. Crews were able to get the fire under control in about two hours and spent the remaining time putting out hotspots. The Amish are already making plans to replace the burned-out barn.
