Fire damaged a home in Luzerne County Tuesday afternoon. The fire started just before 1 p.m. on Norton Avenue in Dallas. Firefighters believe it started on the second floor. There is moderate damage inside. A mother and her son lived in the house. The son was taken to the hospital to be checked out. There is no word on what started the fire.
