No one was injured in a two-alarm fire that rendered a home in Little Compton uninhabitable Saturday afternoon. According to Fire Chief Richard Petrin a neighbor noticed the fire, which had started outside the house on West Main Road, and called it in. Chief Petrin said that the fire had spread to the home’s attic, but that firefighters were able to confine it to that part of the building. The chief added that the state fire marshal’s office is investigating how the fire started.
