A call to 911 sent firefighters from the Red Bank Fire Department to a duplex fire on Lullwater Road Friday morning. When they arrived, firefighters discovered smoke at both the front and rear of the home. The person in Unit B told first responders that no one was home at Unit A. Once firefighters gained entry to Unit A, they found a fire in the living room area and contained it quickly. No injuries reported. Unit A had significant smoke and fire damage, according to Hamilton County Office of Emergency Management's Amy Maxwell. Firefighters saved Unit B, which remains habitable for the resident. The damages to Unit A are not known at this time.
