VIDEO: A fire caused some serious damage to an Antioch condo Wednesday night, but everyone managed to get out safely.
The Nashville Fire Department (NFD) said the blaze broke out inside a condo in the 3400 block of Anderson Lane on Wednesday, March 20.
According to officials, crews stopped the fire from spreading to the other two units, but “the unit of origin sustained major damage.” While at the scene, a department spokesperson told News 2 five people lived in the condo. One person reportedly heard a hissing, followed by a boom. At 7:22 p.m., the NFD posted a video on social media showing personnel putting out hotspots from the condo fire, saying there were no reports of injuries to civilians or first responders at the time.
Fire officials are still investigating the cause of the blaze.
