Multiple vehicles ignited under a carport in the 3800 block of Ocean Beach Highway early Saturday morning and spread to apartment units upstairs, according to the Longview Fire Department.
Three people were treated after the fire: one for a seizure, one for difficult breathing and one for high blood pressure, according to a press release. None of them required an ambulance. After responding to reports of a fire shortly after 5 a.m., firefighters from Longview and Cowlitz 2 Fire & Rescue learned a resident was having a seizure in an affected apartment. They moved her to another apartment for treatment, according to the release.
