Yakima County firefighters respond to blaze between Toppenish and Mabton

Multiple fire agencies responded to a blaze between Toppenish and Mabton on Tuesday evening. According to Yakima County Fire District #5, a dozer was sent to help extinguish the fire that started before 7:30 p.m. “Impressive fire behavior for this February evening,” wrote Yakima County Fire District #5 staff in a Facebook post.
