The body of a man was found in the burnt remains of a travel trailer in Diamond Point Monday. Clallam County Fire District 3 got the call about 4:15pm of a travel trailer fire at 176 Ironwood Drive. They arrived to find the trailer fully involved in fire. Assistant Fire Chief Dan Orr says after the fire was extinguished, an adult male was found deceased inside the trailer. Clallam County Sheriff’s Department was called in to assume command of the scene. Volunteers from the Diamond Point Station remained on scene assisting the Sheriff personnel with the removal of the body.
