Investigators are trying to figure out if a fire at a building in North Seattle was set on purpose. The fire, at an apartment in the 5100 block of 25th Avenue Northeast, was spotted when people saw the flames on a second-floor balcony of a building. The building houses retail on the ground floor and apartments above. Crews quickly knocked down those flames and the fire was contained in the room connected to the balcony, no one was hurt. But we are following up with Seattle police now on reports they were at the building and same unit Wednesday night for a person in distress.
