VIDEO: 17 passengers are likely reeling after they were forced to flee a bus that's now been reduced to a shell of what it was after it was engulfed in flames on Tuesday near Snoqualmie Pass. The incident, which caused considerable disruption along a busy stretch of I-90, saw emergency services rush to the scene near Exit 47, west of Snoqualmie Pass, following the alert. Trooper Rick Johnson says all passengers had evacuated the bus safely and had managed to reclaim their belongings. The fire, which led to a complete closure of the lanes on I-90 West earlier in the afternoon, was effectively extinguished by the attending firefighters. By 2:25 p.m., their efforts had allowed for one lane to be reopened, easing the tension for the afternoon commute.
