VIDEO: A Pepin County man is charged after being accused of setting the home he was renting on fire. According to the criminal complaint, on September 13, the Durand Fire Department responded to a house fire in the Township of Frankfort. Brian Gillespie, 61 was found standing in the middle of the road jumping in front of cars. According to firefighters, significant damage was found inside the home and all of the stove burners were left on high. Gillespie was arrested and admitted to starting the fire and "doing a lot of drugs." Gillespie is facing several charges including arson of a building and criminal damage to property.
