Harper Kamin, celebrated her fifth birthday on Tuesday, April 14 and got quite a surprise. City of Peshtigo Police Officers and several City of Peshtigo Firefighters stopped by her home to wish her a happy birthday with police cars and a fire truck with emergency lights on.
Harper's mother Jessie Dembroski said it really made her day special. "At first Harper didn't know what to think when the police cars and fire truck pulled up to her home but she soon realized they were there for her birthday," stated Jesse. It was Harper's grandmother Paula Dembroski, who called firefighters to organize the drive-by. Everything turned out perfect she added.
Jesse said, "This could have been a tough day for Harper, because of not being able to have a lot of friends and family over to celebrate but I am sure she will never forget her fifth birthday thanks to the police officers and firefighters".
