A home at 5370 Clarices Circle is a complete loss after a fire Tuesday.
The fire started shortly after 10 a.m. in the garage and spread to the house, said Hull Fire Chief Ken Sadogierski. The cause of the fire remains unknown, but Sadogierski said there were several explosions that they believe were from propane tanks or ammunition.
One person was home at the time of the fire and made it out safely, Sadogierski said. No injuries were reported.
Five local fire departments were on the scene. The Amherst Fire Department was responding to relieve the crews that had been there since the call came in, Sadogierski said.
