An overnight fire caused $200,000 damage to a business on Appleton’s S. Schaefer St, just off E. Calumet. The Appleton Fire Department describes it as an oil change and vehicle repair shop. The fire was reported shortly after 2 A.M. The fire department says flames were coming from the building. They quickly had the fire under control and there were no injuries. Firefighters are still trying to determine the cause. The owner told our crew on the scene that he plans to rebuild if he can.
