Three injured in Buffalo County crash

Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Saturday in Buffalo County, according to authorities. The Buffalo County Sheriff’s Department said Monday that Kylie Barningham, 28, of Pepin was driving east on Hwy. 35 and began to turn north onto Hwy. 25 when she failed to yield to Christina Gbejewoh, 43, Woodbury, Minn. Gbejewoh was driving west on Hwy. 35. Barningham was driving a 2011 Chevrolet Cruz and had a child with her. Gbejewoh was driving a 2015 Dodge Ram truck. All three were taken to the hospital by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries. The Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Alma Police Department, Nelson Fire Department, Alma Ambulance, Durand Ambulance Pepin Ambulance, Mayo One air Ambulance, Midwest Towing and Snapper’s Towing.
