According to a press release from the Eau Claire Fire department, on Thursday night crews responded to a fire at a local warehouse. Around 10:30 PM the Eau Claire Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at the Indianhead Warehouse on White Avenue. When crews arrived they found an ongoing fire and requested more units to help control the blaze. Firefighters were then able to quickly locate the fire. However, because of the location and limited access to the building, the fire was more difficult to put out. Crews eventually got the fire under control after about three hours. No one was hurt in the blaze. It is unknown right now as to how the fire started. The fire remains under investigation.
