A house fire in Green Bay Thursday afternoon displaced two adults and caused around $70,000 in damages. The Green Bay Metro Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire at 1109 S. Taylor St. around 3:25 p.m. Upon arrival, firefighters found smoke coming from the second-floor windows and roof. According to the fire department, firefighters brought the fire under control within 30 minutes. No civilians or firefighters were injured in the blaze. The fire department said the fire started in a second-floor bedroom. The cause is under investigation by the Green Bay Metro Fire Department Fire Marshal's Office.
