VIDEO: A Milwaukee man is charged with assaulting a firefighter who was putting out a fire in the man's home. The fire broke out on Thanksgiving. Milwaukee Fire Chief Aaron Lipski says the man wanted to go back inside the burning home. The criminal complaint says he did get back inside after punching a firefighter. Chief Lipski says a captain and a battalion chief were also hit when they tried to intervene. "We understand this is horrible. We're there because it's horrible. When it trips over into violence, you'll find far less concern with how somebody else is feeling when they're attacking my firefighters. Because there's no cause for it," Lipski told WISN 12 News. Prosecutors charged 29-year-old Charles Wynn. None of the firefighters were seriously hurt.
