VIDEO/PHOTOS: The Town of Ixonia Fire Department responded to a controlled burn which got out of control Saturday evening. High winds are to blame according to the fire department. Photos posted to the fire department's Facebook page show the smoke and flames coming from a location just north of I-94 on Highway E. The department wants to remind people should not burn materials while wind speeds are higher than 10mph. Please visit the Town of Ixonia's website to find current ordinances.
